SuperRuler is not only a precise ruler, but it can also be used as a protractor with an angle domain of 0-180 degrees, with full screen mode available.
By using the stylus(you mean needle or mouse), you can dynamically measure angles. When you click the screen with the stylus, a red line indicates the direction from the center point. As shown in the image, the first value shows the selected angle while the second value shows the degree of rotation from this angle to the horizontal.
